Northern Sinfonia - Principals programme
We're very proud to be able to host the Northern Sinfonia Principals once more in the intimate surroundings of our Appleby hall. Look forward to a masterclass in chamber music playing from this group of musicians plucked from the core of the full orchestra.
The Sage Gateshead is only 75-90 minutes away from Appleby by car and, if you've not yet heard Northern Sinfonia play on their home ground in the amazing Hall 1, then tonight's concert may just give you that incentive to make the pilgrimage. Book a pre-concert dinner in the restaurant there or in one of the many other quayside eateries and take in the striking vista of modern Tyneside framed by its two world-famous bridges.
